Expanding our service to cover our growing installed base, the collaboration between to the two companies will add to our existing service centres in Brazil, Kazakhstan, and Africa, with additional support in 19 countries dotted across the globe.
Growing our international service network means we can deliver prompt service support for our installed base, improving the service we provide to our customers by being more flexible and responsive to customers’ specific needs and requirements. Continuing our long-standing relationship with Score, this arrangement is a perfect fit for both companies given Score’s familiarity and extensive knowledge of BEL Valves’ product range.
Under this agreement BEL Valves will remain the direct point of contact for service and spares, however enquiries will be allocated to the nearest service centre which may be BEL Valves or Score operated. All warranty and spares enquiries will continue to be handled by BEL Valves directly.
