We support quick turnaround to reduce project downtime during outages, quickly locating the details and documentation of installed valves, offering like for like replacements using the valve serial number. We make this process as simple and seamless as possible to keep production disruptions to a minimum.
Spares and service options are quoted at any time within the lifecycle of the product, from the beginning with new valve orders, through to maintenance and de-commissioning periods. We appreciate that often spares are required urgently; which is why we deliver on a short lead time basis when required and provide spares package options. Spares provision is either as an individual item or as a kit of parts. Understanding operating conditions, duty of service and of course the valve itself allows us to make recommendations to our customers in terms of preventative maintenance, spares utilisation and rapid response solutions.
There are occasions when our valve products require upgrade for re-deployment, where operating conditions are particularly onerous that refurbishment schedules are built in or where mishandling or misuse dictate a need. Our refurbishment and upgrade services can be undertaken offsite at a customers’ facility or returned to the Newcastle or local service facility for comprehensive refurbishment, upgrade and re-testing.
