As Import Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the end-to-end import process, ensuring the timely, compliant, and cost-effective movement of goods into the business. You will act as a key point of contact for suppliers, freight forwarders, and internal stakeholders, supporting operational efficiency and maintaining high levels of service. The aim of the role is to maximise operational efficiency and supplier performance by ensuring inbound shipments are delivered on time, fully compliant with import regulations, and supported by a proactive, detail-focused, and solutions-driven approach. Key result areas include ensuring import compliance, minimising inbound freight and duty costs, maintaining accurate documentation, and providing analysis to support continuous improvement within the shipping and logistics function.

We are looking for a CNC Setter with predominately turning experience to join our site in Cramlington. You will be required to set and operate CNC Machines to produce a range of components from a variety of raw materials including brass, stainless steel and aluminium, ensuring all components conform to the engineering drawings.

The Machining Centre Operative plays a key role in delivering high-quality components through the operation of large CNC machine tools. Working within a fast-paced machine shop environment, the role involves producing precision-engineered parts to strict specifications, ensuring all work meets required quality standards and production targets. The postholder will be responsible for interpreting engineering drawings, setting and operating machinery, and making program adjustments where required. Collaboration is essential, with regular interaction across production control, engineering, maintenance and quality teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations.
