Four employees at BEL Valves have officially passed their NEBOSH National General Certificate following internal training.
The NEBOSH National General Certificate is a globally recognised qualification in occupational health and safety management designed to give delegates a comprehensive understanding of the principles and practices of safety in the workplace.
The qualification will enhance the knowledge and skills of our employees to support them in their role, as well as give them added confidence and competence to work in line with legislation.
Within BEL Valves, this qualification will also enhance the overall safety culture, helping us to reduce accidents at our site.
In order to pass the NEBOSH National General Certificate, our employees needed to complete two health and safety modules:
Michael Butler, QHSE Manager at BEL Valves, said: “Achieving the NEBOSH General Certificate is a fantastic accomplishment for our employees who all demonstrated great dedication to achieving the qualification.
“The course has improved the team’s depth in knowledge resulting in an increase in proactive day-to-day health and safety activities, whilst also supporting the overall development of BEL Valves’ health and safety culture.”
Well done to our employees who successfully passed the NEBOSH Certificate:
